The Dirt Whisperers: Blues and soul from the future with touches of gospel and Americana played by Eric Simons on guitar and Bradford Reed simultaneously on drums and his pencilina (a collision of the hammer dulcimer, slide guitar, koto and fretless bass). Past projects include Revel and Dimes, King Missile III and the Blue Man Group.

Nepenthae, featuring Zach Layton (17-String Electric Bass), Bobby Previte (Drums), and Henry Fraser (Contrabass), is a “doom jazz” trio creating dense, multi-layered sonic textures rising from beyond the range of hearing, articulated by rhythms so slow that the space between becomes contemplative.
